How do I place my order?
To place an order, follow these steps:

Add the desired items to your shopping cart.

If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right and click “Apply” to see the discount reflected in your total.

Click “Continue to Shipping Method” — double-check that your delivery address is correct (if different from billing address).

Click “Continue to Payment Method” and enter your payment details. You can indicate whether the billing address matches the shipping address.

Finally, click “Complete Order”. You will see an order summary on screen and receive a confirmation email.

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

A photo as proof (image file size under 1MB)
We will gladly reship the correct item to you at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrectly sent item as a gift from us.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?
Order changes are allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, UTC -7) on the same day your order was placed. To request a change, contact us at [email protected].
How do I add items to my cart?
Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in, select your preferences, and click the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart page. There, you can adjust the quantity using the “Quantity” field next to the product image, then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
Click the Cart icon at the top of the website page. This will show you all items in your cart, where you can update quantities or delete items by clicking the “Remove” link below the quantity field.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Find the item you wish to remove and click the “Remove” link below its quantity. The page will refresh and the item will be removed.
How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?
Click the Cart icon to view your cart. Locate the “Quantity” field for the item you want to change, type in the new quantity, and the total cost will update automatically.
