Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include a note inside the return package with your Order ID number, full name, and reason for return.

If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We also do not provide refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.

Once we receive your returned product, we will typically credit the amount you paid for the returned product (excluding any original shipping costs, which are non‑refundable) back to your original payment method within 7–12 business days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some additional time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service with your Order ID number. Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.

Please include a note with your Order ID number, full name, and clearly indicate the product name and details of the item you wish to receive in exchange. We will reship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost and send you an email confirmation once the exchange has been processed.

Returns

To request a return, please first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
